Example High School Graduation Party: Entire Facility – Sat start 6pm for setup and finish cleaning Sunday 8am. Total cost 14hrs x $400 = $5,600 – 10% non-profit = $5,040 plus sales tax. Refundable cleaning deposit of $500. 25% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking.
Example End of the Year Sports Party: Mezzanine rental only – Sat start 3pm for setup and finish cleaning 5:30pm. Total cost 2.5hrs x $800 = $2,000 plus sales tax. Refundable cleaning deposit of $500. 25% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Start at 5:30pm for setup then cost is only $500 if finished by 7:30pm instead of $2,000. 10% off for non-profits.
Shared use of East Gym (“Main Gym”) ages 12yrs and under only – 3pm-5pm = $15 for each participant. 20 participants = $300 plus sales tax for first 30 participants.

Mezzanine Rental Information

Dimensions: 33’ x 148’ (cove is 50’ x 50’) = 6,000 sq. ft.
Once a reservation confirmation is provided, a full payment of all rental fees is due within 5 business days of booking reservation. If we do not receive payment at that time, we will cancel your reservation and make the date available to new applicants.
All payments may be made in person or over the phone. You may pay be check, cash, debit card or by credit card.
Non-profit groups receive a 10% discounted hourly rate. Must provide 990 Tax Form or Unified Business Identifier (UBI). Proof of tax-exempt status must be supplied at the time of booking.

A state issued banquet permit or special occasion license is required to have alcohol on premises. These can be obtained at the WA State Liquor Licensing website: https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit.
Beer, white wine and champagne are the only types of alcohol allowed. Hard liquor / distilled spirits are NOT allowed (NO rum, tequila, vodka, whiskey, etc.).
Alcohol is ONLY allowed in the roped off areas by the catering bar on the mezzanine.
Alcohol service must end one and a half hours prior to the end of the rental and no later than 9:30pm, whichever is earlier. Last call for drinks will be made no later than 9:15pm.
Absolutely NO underage drinking.
Violation of any of the above rules may warrant immediate termination of the event without a refund.
Required documents: Copy of bartender’s license, contact information and photo Id, and Washington State issued Banquet Permit or Special Occasion License.
Banquet Permit: Is for a private, by-invitation only event. Liquor must be provided free of charge.
Special Occasion License: Allows a nonprofit organization to sell liquor at a specified date and place for a private or public event. All proceeds from the sale of liquor must go directly back to the nonprofit. “Selling” includes soliciting donations and circumstances where a drink is included with the purchase of a meal. The fee for a special occasion license is $60 per day, per single-day events per calendar year. The organization should apply 45 days before an event. You can pick up a special occasion license at any WA State liquor store or contact customer service at 360-664-1600.
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel, there is a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation after the first day of the month prior to the month in which the event occurs. Naydenov Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel an event due to emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Full refunds or other accommodations may be made is in such circumstances.
Rental Times: All decorating and cleanup are to take place within the contracted rental times: including supply drop-off/pick-up. Events booked until 11pm must end at 10pm with clean-up completed by 11pm. Occupation of the rented area exceeding the contracted rental time period will incur a charge of $200 per hour. Extra time will not be pro-rated. If continue occupation causes disruption to another renters contracted times or facility programming, an additional fee may be assessed.
Music: We have a very simple two speaker system available at the north end. You can bring in your own sound system. Event sounds limits are 90db w/peaks at 100db. All decibels will be measured in the C scale. By 10pm all music must end. Bass must set at a level that does not cause excessive vibration. If asked by a staff member to reduce bass levels, music operators must comply.
Audio/Visual Tests & Room Layout – Must be scheduled with facility staff and performed no less than two weeks prior to the event.
Catering: You may choose to bring your own food or have your event professionally catered. Whatever is on the contract is ultimately responsible for all food preparation and service areas being cleaned. Please be aware that the facility does not provide any type of cooking, eating or serving dishes or utensils.
Decorations: The renter should advise Naydenov Gymnastics of any decorations planned, including any special accommodations not listed below. Decorations left behind may incur a charge against the damage/cleaning deposit.
Allowed: 3M non-marring removable hooks, painters tape, ribbon, string and helium balloons with retrieving tethers. Stages and other equipment must be an on carpet or non-marring mats. Use of candles or incense requires approval prior use. Bird seed and bubbles are allowed outside.
Not allowed: Adhesive table skirts, confetti, fog machines, piñatas, haybales, staples, glitter and nails. Tape including but not limited to duct, masking, packing, scotch or any tape with the exception of painters’ tape. Nothing may be attached to the ceiling. Animals are not allowed (exception made for service animals). No fireworks, including sparklers.
Cleaning: Return all areas to their original condition.
All Tables and chairs must be wiped clean from smears, particulates and spills.
Floors must be swept and mopped and needed.
All trash carried through the facility inside a garbage can and placed in garbage bin on northwest side of building. Trash receptacles are to be relined (Naydenov Gymnastics will supply can liners).
Kitchen: See Facility room check-off list the day of the event, or earlier upon request, for specifics.
Estimated cleaning time for the mezzanine, Kitchen, is 3 hours.
General Policies: Renters are responsible for securing their own personal belongings and possessions. Renters are responsible for their group and/or party’s actions and conduct during the reservation. Renters must assume responsibility for the providing adequate supervision, facility cleanliness and general order while using the facility. Any tobacco use must be done at least 25 ft from the building, in a designated area. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in proper containers. Failure to do so ay result in forfeiture of your refundable deposit. Renters agree to reimburse Naydenov Gymnastics for any damages to the facility or equipment within it or cost incurred as a result of your rental group’s actions.
